Cape Town visionaries receive awards for responsible tourism work

Two Cape Town-based responsible tourism companies received major awards for their work in helping tourism make a real difference in South Africa and southern Africa. The winners in the 2010 Imvelo Responsible Tourism Awards programme have been announced, with Southern Sun group properties taking a remarkable 8 of 12 categories, and demonstrating that larger corporate players in the tourism industry can be leaders in Responsible Tourism.
