RT in Cities Conference 6 May – Be a virtual delegate!

The upcoming Responsible Tourism in Cities conference on 6 May is taking place in Durban, South Africa, but is fully accessible to participants from anywhere around the world via the internet. Anyone may register for free to be a virtual delegate.  The full proceedings from 08h30 – 15h30 will be webcast in streaming video and audio from the venue. RT Networking at Indaba 8 May – all welcome

The first ever Responsible Tourism fringe networking event at Indaba will take place this year. Inspired by the RT Fringe Networking that has been so valuable and effective starting at WTM in London several years ago and spreading to ITB in Berlin, this event will bring like-minded and interested people together at Indaba in Durban for an informal get-to-know-you. Responsible Tourism in Cities Pavilion at Indaba 2011

A dedicated exhibition pavilion focussing on Responsible Tourism in Cities will be at Indaba from 7 to 10 May 2011. A project of the City of Cape Town, supported by South African Tourism and in partnership with Cape Town Tourism, Fedhasa Cape, SATSA, and SAACI, it will be the unofficial home at Indaba for those interested and active in responsible tourism, with a programme of activities linked to RT taking place throughout the four days.
